Sam and Max Episode 6 of Season One, Dark Side of the Moon is a great continuation of the series.  And it's got a really need puzzle solving boss battle that harkens back to the former days of glory for the Adventure game market.

However, this game doesn't really stand on it's own.  It depends heavily on previous chunks of the game being well known to the players, and it's a bit of a letdown on the writing side of things.  It's still great... but it's not the best of the series.

World of Goo is a new Wii-ware title offering 1-4 players the opportunity to use various types of "goo balls" to build rubbery structures in order to reach the exit to any given level. The gameplay is relatively simple, you grab a goo ball walking around on the structure and place him in an empty place near an already attached goo ball, and your goo ball connects to the structure. This screen shot is relatively indicative of how that works. The game is one part Pontifex and one part Great Escape, and it's very fun, especially with other people.
